Refused Delivery

Return Shipping Cost

If you refuse delivery of your parcel, we will only deduct the return shipping cost and incurred customs fees from your refund after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Original Shipping Fee

Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout will not be deducted.

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence of the ground surface, epidemic, or other natural disasters.

4. Transport Disruption

Disruption or suspension of transport services (trains, vessels, aircraft, road vehicles and other public or private carriers).

5. Communication Failure

Failure or interruption of public or private telecommunications networks.

6. Government Restrictions

Any laws, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions issued by any government or public institution.

7. Our Obligations

During a force majeure event, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will extend the period required to fulfill these obligations for as long as the force majeure persists.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the force majeure situation or find a solution enabling us to fulfill our obligations thereafter.
